This dahlia was an incredibly prolific bloomer for us, and it makes a good cut flower too with its upward facing blooms. The colors are so vibrant - goldenrod tones with a pop of raspberry just like its name. I’m pleased with the color as most dahlias with yellow tones appear more highlighter yellow in our climate, but this one kept its color consistent all season. It’s a must grow.
Tends to make long, thin necked tubers, but they are very sturdy. Some necks are slightly thinner than a pencil. Please don’t order this variety if that is an issue for you.
- Bloom size: 3-3.5"
- Form: FD
- Color: Bronze
- Height: 4-4.5'
